1. Who handles your data
The Vesist team operates this site and its waitlist and handles privacy requests. Contact us: Contact & privacy request form
2. What we collect and why
- Waitlist management: Your email, chosen language, optional agent interest, signup records (identifier, signup and deletion dates), and consent records (choices, dates, method and the notice agreed to).
- Understanding signups: Your approximate country and campaign information in the signup page URL, including UTM values and campaign, ad set, ad, creative and placement identifiers. Country is estimated from network location; we do not store your IP address in the waitlist. If you allow ads measurement, we also link your first and most recent consented campaign visits to your signup.
- Launch and beta invitations: We send these emails only if you opt in.
3. Your choices
Joining requires consent to data collection and international processing by Netlify and Brevo. You can decline and continue browsing, but cannot join the waitlist.
Marketing emails are optional. Choosing “Join the waitlist” beside the email-permission notice and completing the consent step requests launch and beta invitation emails. You can choose “Join without updates” instead, or opt out at any time through our Contact & privacy request form. Each update email will also include an unsubscribe option.
Ads measurement through Meta is a separate, optional choice and starts only with your consent. Declining it does not affect signup. Change your choice through “Ad privacy settings” in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). Withdrawing stops future measurement and clears the advertising identifiers and campaign history this site saved in your browser. Data already sent to Meta follows Meta’s policy. You can separately request deletion of your waitlist data.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist data and related country and campaign information for up to 6 months from your first signup, or until the purpose ends or you withdraw, whichever comes first. We then securely delete the records and copies held by our team. Provider backups follow their deletion procedures. If the law requires longer retention, we will explain the basis and period separately.
5. Service providers and international processing
We use the providers below. Netlify and Brevo processing is required to join. Meta ads measurement requires a separate, optional consent.

You can refuse the required transfers by declining consent, in which case you cannot join. After signup, request withdrawal and deletion through our Contact & privacy request form; this ends waitlist management and updates. You can separately refuse or withdraw Meta processing in “Ad privacy settings.”

6. Your privacy rights
Use our Contact & privacy request form to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. We use only the information needed to verify your identity. You can request either an email opt-out or deletion of all your waitlist data.
6.1 Contact form
We collect your email, request type, optional message, language, submission and consent records, and connection information to handle inquiries and privacy requests. On submission, these are sent over HTTPS to Netlify, Inc. in the United States (privacy@netlify.com). We delete them within 3 months of resolution. Open requests are kept as needed to resolve them; backups follow provider procedures. Collection and transfer consent are required to submit the form. Sending a request does not join the waitlist or opt you into marketing.
7. Cookies and data protection
Language preferences are kept in browser storage and a functional cookie for up to 180 days. On your first visit, approximate country helps select a language. We remember your ads measurement choice for up to 90 days and, if you allow measurement, keep campaign history and measurement identifiers for up to 90 days. Meta’s retention follows its own policy. You can delete cookies and stored data in your browser settings.
We protect personal data with restricted access and encrypted connections.
8. Audience and changes
This site is intended for adults in the US and Korea. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. We will post changes to our data practices here and request further consent when needed.
